In collaboration with the Ningo Prampram Council’s Social Welfare Department, Dawhenya Autism Centre is proud to launch a pioneering job placement programme tailored specifically for young adults with autism. This initiative aims to bridge the employment gap and foster inclusivity in the workforce.

The Challenge:
Young adults with autism often face significant barriers when transitioning into the workforce. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), approximately 70% of adults with autism are unemployed or underemployed. This staggering statistic underscores the need for targeted support and opportunities.
The Solution:
Dawhenya Autism Centre’s job placement programme addresses this critical need by:
