CEO and Founder

Jennifer Appiah

Jennifer Appiah is the founding CEO of Think Ability Foundation Ghana. She is a teacher by profession and has taught extensively in main stream and special schools with Glasgow council, Greater Manchester, UK and Ghana. She is passionate about helping children and young adults maximize their potentials. She is an education consultant and has consulted and trained teachers in several schools across Ghana. She holds a B.Ed (Accounting) degree from University of Education, Ghana and an M.Ed ( Early Years) degree from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.

Mark Appiah

Mark Kwamina Appiah is the Co-founder of Think Ability Foundation Ghana and founding CEO. Currently, a steward of Freeman Methdodist Church Ghana, community 12 , tema, and a lecturer in a University. Previously, Mark was the director of winning school, an adult literacy NGO programme of Accra and equally consulted for connecting kids education foundation, Ghana ,as their education director. He lectures at the Liberal Studies Department of Kumasi Technical University, Ghana. He is a teacher by profession and has taught internationally both in the UK and Ghana. Mark holds a BA honors from Cape Coast University, Ghana, an MA Theology from Hull University, UK and PhD from Strathclyde University, Glasgow. He currently lives in Ghana.
